This week the timber piles and the first floor joists have gone in. The floor joists shown in this picture are the joists that will support the floor of the 4 bedroom and the entrance. The block work for the lift well has also been completed. The cavity around the lift well will be backfilled. I am really happy to see how the land will contour nicely around the lift well and butt in almost perfectly against the back garage wall.
The block work for the first wall now also looks complete.
