All of the framing is now finished for the first floor and the joists have been placed for the second floor. The second floor pad is being boxed up ready to be poured. The first floor block retaining wall has now been completely backfilled, using a conveyor system through the first floor framing. All the spaces feel good and the window sizes and placements look superb.
