The Land

We were fortunate enough to purchase this section in December 2008. It is a good Wellington section. That is, it is moderately sloping, which in any other city would be called pretty steep!

Good vacant sections in established eastern suburbs are pretty bloody rare and we had been looking for suitable options for around 5 years before coming across this. The section came about as a result of being subdivided off an existing property in Seatoun Heights Road. Unlike many residential in-fill subdivisions this section enjoys road front access and because the original section was so large, a workable amount of space.

The section is east facing and its most desirable attribute are the elevated panoramic views of the Wellington Harbour, Seatoun Beach and surrounds and further to Eastbourne, Seaview and the Orongaronga Ranges.

The section is also heavy vegetated with Tawa, Karaka, Cabbage trees, a few oaks, flax's and ferns.
